Perhaps I'm too biased for this post.... I'm a Johnny Depp fan through and through and this movie is definitely one I'd like to see and the reason is not Depp alone but also the rest of the all star cast joining him, which include, Olivia Munn, Gwyneth Paltrow and Ewan McGregor! Not too shabby right?! Then add all this to a movie that include international locations, stolen art and Nazi gold, what more could you ask for?The movie is directed by David Koepp and is adapted from The Mortdecai Trilogy and what is that I hear you saying, well it's a series of novels written by Kyril Bonfiglioli. The book series deals with the picaresque adventures of a dissolute aristocratic art dealer named Charlie Mortdecai, accompanied on his adventures by his manservant Jock. The books consisted of Don't Point that Thing at Me, After You with a Pistol, Something Nasty in the Woodshed and The Great Moustache Mystery. The books have been translated into several languages including Spanish, French, Italian, German and Japanese. First published in the 1970s, the novels have since attained cult status.
Well there you have it, expect this one in theatres around January 2015!!! See you there!
