FINALLY! The best superhero news to come in a long time and that is that Fox has finally greenlit the Deadpool movie as well as given it a release date set for 12 February 2016! You will remember Deadpool, as played by Ryan Reynolds in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and thus far it seems Reynolds will once again assume the role of one of the most bombastic superheroes ever. Sure we could argue how could a Deadpool movie fare against the likes of the new bigger superhero movies such as Avengers or even the Man of Steel sequel, Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, both of which will no doubt conquer the box office for many weeks after their release but Fox has played there card releasing this just a month short of the Batman V Superman's release which is scheduled for the end of March 2016 and long after the release of Avengers: Age of Ultron.
We've been waiting for this news for a long time now and thank the comic and movie gods for granting the wishes of fans everywhere!
