YOGA HOSERS (2016) is both written and directed by Kevin Smith! Smith is legendary with movies such as Clerks which set off the Jay & Silent Bob franchise and skyrocketed Smith to Hollywood A-list celebrity and I could rave on and on about him. Now we stand in 2016 with a new Smith movie that I was so psyched to see.
The movie is a combination of Clerks meets a horror movie with our teen heroes returning to a convenient store ( not too different from Clerks ) and facing a Nazi terror plot of evil looking to overthrow the world as we know it and thus updating Smith's original characters to 2016.
The movie is nicely done in terms of style but I felt robbed. I use the word robbed because it almost feels as though it's the first 1/4 of another bigger movie and we missed it. The movie has a cast of names that would shock anyone moviegoer into disbelief ( I mean, Johnny Depp!?! ). Don't get me wrong and I mean no disrespect to Kevin Smith but dude, we've seen you make awesome movies, please make us some good movies again, we still love you!
Yoga Hosers (2016) stars Lily-Rose Depp and Harley Quinn Smith as our heroes as well ass Adam Brody, Justin Long, Tony Hale, Austin Butler, Tyler Posey and lookout for cameos by Vanessa Paradis, Genesis Rodriguez and the immortal Stan Lee! This one was released in theaters on 2 September 2016.

But when these Sophomore girls are invited to a Senior party by the school hottie, the Colleens accidentally uncover an ancient evil, long buried beneath the Manitoba earth.
