REVIEWED HARD ... SUICIDE SQUAD (2016) ... BRAVO DC! BRAVO! You Finally Got It RIGHT With This ONE!

STANDS UP AND CLAPS! WELL DONE! WELL DONE! Finally we have a DC movie other than Batman or Superman...excuse me I mean Man of Steel... that actually works! Yup you heard me, this works, so much so that this movie has become an integral part of contemporary pop culture. Kids are buying the original music albums and people are loving it.

Do we make this for the critics or for the average person on the street who want to escape their lives and be entertained albeit for 90 minutes or so? If this is for us cinemagoers, as I'm sure it is, then I'm finally happy with a DC comic book adaption. The Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016) released before this has been now redeemed. BVS dragged on and on and not even the awesome Jessie Eisenberg could save me from yawning, looking at my watch and wondering when that pile of trash was going to end and put me out of my misery.

For all the plot holes, bad acting and who knows what all else is happening in this movie, I still enjoyed it, though the question you have to ask, as of course it's the most obvious one, where the hell are the Justice League throughout this movie? That has got to be the biggest plot hole ever. Did Batman just say "Hey, I'm taking a day off on this one"? Did the Flash have a look and say "Meh, it's not my cup of tea"? Where's the marvelous Wonder Woman? All this aside, I still enjoyed this movie!

Are you a superhero fan? Do you want to see a supperhero movie worth watching? If so, then do yourself a favor and go watch this movie, it's really worth it and a step in the right direction for DC / Warner Bros who have gone darker and seemed to miss the plot and perhaps this is why Marvel superheroes are doing so much better now. It worked for Nolan and Batman a few years ago but cmon, let's please move on. David Ayer, I wish you could read this and I wish it meant something to you to hear me say this but once again WELL FRIGGING DONE!

The worldwide audience gave it a thumbs up with box office takings hitting 742.1 million USD and this off a budget of 175 million USD! This works and if DC can keep this up maybe we will start enjoying your movies again for what they're meant to be, FUN! ( Don't you studio bosses and critics ever forget that! )

Suicide Squad is written and directed by David Ayer and stars Will Smith, Jared Leto, Margot Robbie, Viola Davis, Jai Courtney, Jay Hernandez, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Cara Delevingne, Joel Kinnaman and Karen Fukuhara. The movie was originally released 5 August 2016.

SUICIDE SQUAD (2016) SYNOPSIS
Figuring they're all expendable, a U.S. intelligence officer decides to assemble a team of dangerous, incarcerated supervillains for a top-secret mission. Now armed with government weapons, Deadshot (Will Smith), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie), Captain Boomerang, Killer Croc and other despicable inmates must learn to work together. Dubbed Task Force X, the criminals unite to battle a mysterious and powerful entity, while the diabolical Joker (Jared Leto) launches an evil agenda of his own.
