The Year is almmost over and already we have some clear winners in the top 10 movies globally for 2016. It seems Disney are the overall winners this year with their animated movies as well as Marvel Studios doing it for them financially. Fox seem to have Marvel to thank also with hits like X-Men Apocalypse and Deadpool raking in the money for them.

Warner Brothers superhero properties add a different mix to the list with Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice as well as the much anticipated Suicide Squad adding dollars to their income. So Let's see who made the top 10 list and most of all which movie is the juggernaut of 2016!

10 X-Men: Apocalypse

1 Captain America: Civil War
