South Africans flocked to see their favourite movies in cinemas this year with the top 10 movies comprising of science fiction, animation and superhero movies taking up the top spots. It seems we as a nation enjoy being distracted by huge CGI movies when we enter our theatres. While our numbers are not as big as say those in the US, we still form a part of the global earnings for these movies.
