After the attack on District 13 when Katniss finds the roses, she picks up a rose bud. In the next shot, she holds a longer stalk of a half open rose with more leaves.
When Plutarch Heavensbee is first introduced he is sitting down, but in the next shot he is standing again ready to greet Katniss.
When district 13 is being attacked and they are closing up the doors, Katniss and Prim are running for the doors, we hear a voice counting down and saying they have 9 seconds, as the shot goes to the door we instead see that the timer instead reads 11 seconds and not the 9 as stated.
