One of Sylvester Stallone's most iconic roles is not as Barney in The Expendables movies but rather way, way back when he recreated David Morrell's character for the big screen, that character is what pushed his career and that character was that of John Rambo. Rambo was a soldier who returned with post traumatic stress syndrome to an America which had no place for someone like him.That said Rambo is a non-stop action ride where Stallone kicks ass first and takes names later. The first movie was called Rambo: First Blood so it makes sense that if this was the final instalment in the series that it's befitting to be called Rambo: Last blood.
So action fans, open that special box you have hidden in your wardrobe, dust it off and pull out that red bandana that you've put away for that special occasion because Rambo is definitely BACK!
Stallone both wrote the screenplay and is also starring (duh!) in the movie. Thus far not much is known about the movie as it is currently in pre-production except that it will be released in 2015. The synopsis is basically simple at this stage:
"Rambo goes up against a Mexican cartel in what's reported to be his last adventure."
